Our service prices do not include parking fees. If you don't have a free parking spot available, we kindly ask you to cover the reasonable parking fee for our nail artists.

Tables and Chairs Hire

  • For the first day, the cost is $60 per set.

  • From the second day onward, it's just $40 per set per day.

    • The discounted rate is available when we can store the tables and chairs at the event venue.

    • Additionally, you can select either black or white tablecloths and chairs. You can request a specific colour for the tablecloth, there may be an additional charge.

  • Please note: One set includes 1 table and 2 chairs.

  • Can I customise the nail designs?
    Certainly! We believe in making your nail experience truly unique. You can discuss your preferences and ideas with us and we'll work with you to create customised designs that align with your vision.

    Absolutely. We review certifications and documents, including police checks, to prioritise our customers' safety. Our nail stylists are rigorously trained to meet the high standards set by Nails by Naam. We ensure that each stylist possesses the skills and expertise needed to provide top-notch nail services.

  • Will I be responsible for parking fees?
    Yes, in cases where there is no available free parking on site, we kindly ask clients to cover any applicable parking fees. This helps ensure our nail stylists have easy access to your location.
  • Can I make changes to my booking after confirmation?

  • How do I book Nails by Naam services?

  • How far in advance should I book?
    To ensure availability and seamless coordination, we recommend booking as early as possible, especially for larger events. This helps us allocate the necessary resources and plan everything according to your preferences.
  • Is a deposit required to secure a booking?
    Yes, to secure your booking, we may require a deposit. This helps us ensure availability and allocate resources for your appointment. Details about deposits will be discussed during the booking process.
  • Is there a cancellation fee?
    We value your time and understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to accommodate changes while ensuring fairness to both our clients and our team. Please review the following cancellation charges: More than 24 Hours' Notice: No charge for cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice before your booking. Within 24 Hours: A 50% charge will apply for cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking. Within 6 Hours: No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 6 hours of your booking. A 100% charge will apply. We appreciate your understanding of our policy, as it helps us maintain the quality of service for all our valued clients.
